We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
02What data we collect
- Demo request details: name, work email, phone number (optional), job title, company, message.
- Communications data: your communications with us (emails, meeting notes, call summaries).
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser info, pages viewed, referrer URL, time and date, cookie identifiers.
- Marketing preferences: your consent choices and unsubscribe status.
- Prospecting / enrichment (optional): business contact details from public sources (e.g., LinkedIn, company sites) and reputable data providers.
We do not deliberately collect special category data via the Site.

04Who we share data with
- Hosting & infrastructure providers (to run the Site).
- Analytics & measurement vendors (see Cookie Policy).
- CRM, marketing and communications tools (to manage demo requests and emails).
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required.
All vendors are bound by contracts that protect your data.
05International transfers
If we transfer data outside the UK / EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, plus additional measures where needed.
06How long we keep data (retention)
- Demo requests & related comms: typically 24 months from last interaction (or longer if needed for ongoing discussions or legal obligations).
- Marketing contact records: until you opt out, or 24 months after last measurable engagement.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
- Cookie consent records: up to 6 years.
We may keep data longer if required by law or to establish / exercise / defend legal claims.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object (including to direct marketing), and data portability, plus the right to withdraw consent at any time (where consent is our basis). To exercise rights, email info@vendorsify.com.
08Children
The Site is not intended for individuals under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
09Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Links from our Site to third-party websites are subject to those sites’ privacy policies.
