By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. 

2) What the Site does (and doesn’t)

The Site provides information about our products and services and allows visitors to request a demo. You cannot create an account or post content on the Site at this time. 

We may add new features in the future. If we enable accounts or additional functionality, we may introduce or update terms that apply to those features. 

3) Eligibility 

The Site is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. 

4) Requesting a demo 

When you submit a demo request: 

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. 

• You authorise us to contact you using the details you provide (e.g., email, phone) about your request. 

• If you share colleagues’ details, you confirm you have their permission to do so. 

• Submissions are not confidential; see Section 8 (Feedback & submissions). 

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice and use of cookies in our Cookie Policy (both incorporated by reference). 

5) Intellectual property & licence 

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. 
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, frame, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from the Site or its content except as permitted by law. 


All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed are the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. 

6) Acceptable use 

You must not:

• Use the Site in any unlawful, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent manner; 

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems; 

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation (e.g., load testing, bots, scraping, or introducing malware); 

• Bypass any security or access controls; 

• Use automated means to access the Site except for standard web indexing by search engines.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims relating to the Site shall not exceed £100.

15) Governing law & jurisdiction 

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
