• Demo request details: name, work email, phone number (optional), job title, company, message.
• Communications data: your communications with us (emails, meeting notes, call summaries).
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser info, pages viewed, referrer URL, time and date, cookie identifiers.
• Marketing preferences: your consent choices and unsubscribe status.
• [Optional] Prospecting/enrichment: business contact details from public sources (e.g., LinkedIn, company sites) and reputable data providers.
We do not deliberately collect special category data via the Site.

All vendors are bound by contracts that protect your data.

• Demo requests & related comms: typically 24 months from last interaction (or longer if needed for ongoing discussions or legal obligations).
• Marketing contact records: until you opt out, or 24 months after last measurable engagement.
• Technical logs: up to 12 months.
• Cookie consent records: up to 6 years. We may keep data longer if required by law or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims.
